This open role is for:
Multi-site Leasing Agent | Orange, NJ | South Orange, NJ | 3 Communities 196 Units Weekends required: Tuesday through Saturday schedule This role pays the hourly payrate PLUS commissions per move in! Are you a strong priority setter, with impeccable resident and customer service, and are thorough in all you do? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you on our team. We do require our team members to have previous property management or property leasing experience

  • Turn leads into happy residents by handling outreach, touring apartments, and managing inquiries with confidence. Customer Relations
  • Build strong relationships and provide top-notch service with a caring and rational approach. Operations & Admin
  • Process applications, renew leases, assist with move-ins/outs, and partner with maintenance for turnovers and work orders. Keep records concise and clean. Problem Solving
  • Be able to overcome objections with a logical and professional approach.
Responsibilities will include regular, weekly travel between our various apartment communities to manage sites and conduct property showings. Candidates must be able to meet these travel obligations reliably and on time About You Top notch resident focused. Priority and time management slayer. Meticulously thorough (same, same!) Team player who collaborates effectively. Takes initiative and stays ahead of tasks. Mature and rational, handling challenges professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Punctual and organized, because details matter. Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with Section 8 housing and Yardi Voyager is a bonus.
