Bonus based on performance Health insurance Training & development We are a fast-growing pavement maintenance company looking for a hands-on General Manager to run day-to-day field operations. We provide line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, sweeping, and snow services. This role involves managing crews and doing field work when needed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations and crews Run projects from start to finish Perform site surveys and take measurements Maintain equipment and prepare materials for jobs Identify additional work while on-site Assist with scheduling and quality control

Requirements:

Experience in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or similar trades Ability to lead crews Mechanical skills for equipment upkeep Valid driver's license Able to work outdoors and lift equipment Flexible schedule during peak season/weather

Preferred:

Line striping or sealcoating experience Asphalt repair experience English/Spanish bilingual
