Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Schedule:

3-5 days/week, weekends required, 8 hour shift Are you a skilled problem-solver with a passion for keeping properties running smoothly? Join our team at The Lost Resorts as a Maintenance Technician! We are currently hiring for part-time or full-time. There is a potential for year-round employment based on performance.

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance tasks Address maintenance requests from tenants, management, and coworkers promptly and efficiently Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential issues Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using our property management software via your smart phone Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations Collaborate with Maintenance Manager & Cabin Managers to resolve issues in cabins Assist in supervising and training junior maintenance staff Wedding setup/tear down/cleanup Engaging in landscaping activities to maintain and enhance the beauty of our resort Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and an ability to contribute to a positive work environment with a great attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus Join our team of dedicated employees and contribute to maintaining the quality and functionality of our properties. and have a wonderful summer at The Lost Resorts!
