Job Description
The Multicraft Insulator/Scaffold Builder will perform a combination of scaffold construction/dismantling and mecahnical insulation work. This role supports maintenance activities across the site and requires the ability to work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively with multiple crafts. Required Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of industrial construction or refinery experience. Experience in scaffolding, insulation, and metal work. Good problem-solving ability and reading comprehension. Ability to work 5 days per week and overtime as needed. Reliable transportation. Ability to meet all physical demands and pre-employment requirements. Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization. Clear MVR Check. Commitment to Zachry's safety culture. Must have required tools. Preferred Qualifications Former Zachry or Zachry ROF'd employee. NCCER Industrial Carpenter/Scaffold and or NCCER Insulation certification. Formal technical training Physical Demands Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions. Use of PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, and work boots. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and manual took use. Ability to communicate in person, by phone, and by radio.
