Multifamily Housing Inspector Job Type:

Full-time, Part-time, 1099 We are currently seeking qualified inspectors to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for senior living and multifamily housing properties. We are hiring 10 part-time and 2 full-time candidates for this role.

Important:

This is not a home inspector position . We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in HUD, multifamily, or comparable inspection environments.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct on-site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation projects under OHP guidelines Evaluate units and properties for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Complete detailed inspection reports and documentation in accordance with HUD, OHP, and company requirements Communicate findings clearly and professionally with stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience in multifamily housing inspections is strongly preferred We will also consider candidates with other relevant inspection experience (e.g., building, code compliance, government inspections) Background in HUD, REAC, NSPIRE, UPCS, building inspection, or related fields is highly desirable Minimum of 2 years of experience performing inspections for HUD or other government/local agencies preferred Willingness to travel for inspections Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
