Multifamily Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and is looking to grow with our team. Key Responsibilities:

Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and efficient manner Prepare units for move-in, including turns and general maintenance Troubleshoot and perform repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Maintain the overall condition and appearance of the property Respond to maintenance requests and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction

Requirements:

Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and grow within the company Experience in maintenance, construction, or related field preferred (but not required) Experience with painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general repairs is a plus Background check required
