EMPLOYER INFO

• Eads Roofing and Exteriors is a fast-paced, cohesive group of construction professionals specializing in large-scale, multi-family siding and roofing projects in Indiana and surrounding states.

We provide expert, supervised installations for new construction and replacement customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

• As an Eads Superintendent, you will lead your assigned crews through the entire process, from mock-ups to the final punch list completion.

You will represent Eads at production meetings and oversee our interests. Your organizational skills will be needed daily.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Your success as our Superintendent depends on your organizational skills, product knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills.

You will be very active daily while walking buildings reviewing details and maintaining quality control. Traveling and staying overnight during out-of-town projects will be an occasional necessity.
