Orthodontic Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the orthodontist in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you can make a difference in people's lives.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursdays 6:45 AM to 12

PM Locations:

• Zionsville and Lebanon Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during dental procedures, including orthodontic adjustments, appliance placement, and removal
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for each patient
• Take dental x-rays and intraoral photos
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health
