POSITION PURPOSE

Supervising Maintenance Publications Specialists with regards to administrative requirements, training, schedules, and work performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to supervising Maintenance Publications Specialists, duties and responsibilities will also include, but not limited to: Receiving revised maintenance data from the OEM (Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, etc.) and Repair Station customers. Maintain a file system (library) with master copies of the data. Uploading revised maintenance data onto Comply365 and the OSC server. Producing copies of revised maintenance data for distribution (hard copy, CD, or DVD). Distributing the revised maintenance data to the manual holders and tracking the revision acknowledgment receipts. Performing quarterly checks with the OEMs via e-mail or website to confirm the revision level of each manual. Retain dated proof of this information. Obtaining and reproducing any Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives requested by Maintenance or Quality personnel. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Minimum one year of Maintenance Publications experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.
