As a Mystery Room Associate , you'll be a key player in creating unforgettable live entertainment mystery room experiences for families, friends, and co-workers who visit us to escape the ordinary. And when it's time to turn up the energy even more, you'll step into the spotlight as our Game Show Room Host , bringing interactive, laugh-out-loud fun to life in our adjoining live-game show room! This is no ordinary guest service role. We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives on variety, and isn't afraid to let their authentic personality shine. Whether you're welcoming guests for their escape room adventure, resetting game rooms with precision and flair, or commanding the mic as host of our live-action Game Show Room, your mission is the same: to facilitate fun, drive the energy, and make sure every guest experience feels like a hit show.

The opportunity to be selected for this dual-role assignment , which includes added Game Show Room hosting duties at a higher pay rate is based on qualifications, availability, and performance potential. Mystery Room Associate:

Greet, check in, and brief guests before their scheduled escape room game. Provide introductory information to guests with enthusiasm about the overall room theme and safety rules. Provide enthusiastic mystery room oversight, including monitoring progress and delivering timely, personalized hints. Go above/beyond to meet their needs - always looking for ways to wow visiting guests. Even if they beg, don't give away clues - simply help guests get moving by providing a (teeny-tiny) hint. Be there to support and affirm game strategy as they exit their rooms. Invite them back after taking a keepsake photo using our greenscreen technology. Reset and restage rooms quickly and accurately between games.

Keep the facility show-ready:

clean, organized, and always prepped for the next audience. Offer upsells and drive guest engagement with your confident, friendly communication. Support teammates and uphold a smooth show flow during peak hours. Have an open ear to any guest who happens to express any dissatisfaction with their experience, escalating their grievances upward with urgency. Represent the All In Adventures brand in a friendly and professional manner during every customer/employee interaction. (30%) As a

Game Show Room Host:

Professional, friendly, self-confident, comfortable and well-spoken in front of large or small groups with an emphasis on positive reinforcement. Emcee live, family-friendly game show-like trivia and physical challenges with charm, energy, and a sense of humor. Clearly explain game rules and guide groups through the experience, ensuring every contestant is engaged. Read the room — adjust tone, pacing, and energy to keep the crowd entertained and involved. Handle dynamic, fast-moving situations calmly and confidently without direct supervision. Represent the All In Adventures brand with authenticity, warmth, and a touch of theatrical flair. Possess excellent time management skills and ability to keep the game moving along.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Work well under pressure. Able to work varied days, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, lift 100% throughout your shift. Able to lift/carry at least 50lbs. Read and write. Able to manage basic computer functions.
