Nail Salon Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Nail Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Nail Salon Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks while supporting the salon's operations and enhancing the overall client experience. Schedule The hours for the position are fixed and the following schedule is required: Friday 12pm - 7pm Saturday 9:30am - 4pm Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using POS systems. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting. Handle cash transactions accurately Respond to phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, addressing client questions or concerns. Support nail salon staff by coordinating schedules and managing client flow efficiently. Utilize basic math skills for processing payments and managing transactions. Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Skills Proficient in POS systems Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills is essential. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math concepts. A background in customer service within a salon setting is preferred.
