Duties Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs. Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety. Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails and skin. Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction. Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories through effective upselling techniques. Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color theory, and new techniques to continually elevate service quality. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by local regulations. Proven experience in performing a variety of nail services with attention to detail. Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care practices, and sanitation protocols. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently. Ability to perform additional beauty services such as hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, or dermabrasion is a plus.
