Position Summary We are actively seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing outstanding nail care services that keep clients coming back. Key Responsibilities Perform a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, Builder Gel, Gel X, dip powder, nail art, and extensions Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with state health and safety regulations Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized service Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business Stay current with nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge Communicate professionally with team members and management Accurately track appointment bookings and follow salon scheduling procedures Requirements Valid Florida Nail Technician License (required) Prior experience in a salon or spa setting preferred Proficiency in acrylic, gel, and dip powder nail applications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including weekends What We Offer Competitive compensation (hourly + tips + commission opportunities) Immediate start — no waiting period Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Product and supply support provided Flexible scheduling options available How to Apply Ready to join the Deko Nail Lounge & Spa family?
