This individual will help create and deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality nail services at our All Natural Salon. These services will consist of manicures and pedicures based off of On Point Nails procedures and standards. Discover your best self in a place where passion and positivity collide!

Essential Duties:

Responsible for performing high quality nail services including manicure, pedicures, Gel-X, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with On Point Nails established procedures. Cultivates new guest relationships and ensures retention of new and existing guests through high standards of service, courteous and attentiveness. Maintains safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized. Proactively develops new clientele through delivering exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and promotion.

Job Requirements:

Valid and current Illinois license for Nail Technician or Cosmetology Posses a thorough knowledge of all nail services that are related to our procedures Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Ability to work both as a team and independently Flexibility to work various schedules such as; evening shifts, day shifts, some holidays and Saturdays.
