Nail Technician

Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that match clients' preferences and trends Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering advice, and upselling additional services or retail products Assist clients with selecting suitable nail products and retail items to enhance their overall experience Keep up-to-date with the latest nail techniques, trends, and industry best practices through ongoing education Support the salon's retail sales efforts by promoting products related to nail care, skin treatments, or beauty enhancements such as eyelash extensions or body waxing Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current beauty trends Certification in cosmetology or related field required; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion is a plus Familiarity with hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and barbering is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their beauty goals Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Retail math skills to manage product inventory and sales transactions accurately Join us to turn your passion for beauty into a rewarding career where every client leaves feeling fabulous!
