The family has three wonderful children: a newborn (primary focus of care), a 10-year-old son, and a 12-year-old child with autism who is supported by a dedicated clinical team. They are a collaborative, caring household that values consistency, communication, and creating a supportive environment for everyone in the home. The ideal candidate will be dependable, engaging, and passionate about supporting children—especially those with unique needs.
What We're Looking For:
Energetic, adaptable, and professional caregiver Ability to manage a variable schedule with flexibility Willingness and ability to travel frequently with the family (particularly in the summer) Strong infant care experience (required) Background in nursing, healthcare, or medical support (strongly preferred) Infant CPR certification (required or willing to obtain) Foreign language skills are a plus Interest in a long-term placement
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the infant Support a structured and nurturing environment for all children Collaborate with the clinical team supporting the 12-year-old Maintain consistency in routines, including during travel Assist with light child-related household tasks
