Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead a small but growing sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with partners and customers. This is a remote-eligible role, ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution and is excited to help shape the future of a growing organization. Travel of approximately 7-10 days per month is expected to support team development, partner engagement, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Own and aggressively drive revenue growth across all assigned markets and channels. Recruit, lead, and push a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets. Identify, prioritize, and close high-value opportunities with urgency and discipline Build, expand, and strengthen strategic partnerships that directly impact top-line growth Set ambitious sales goals and hold the team accountable through clear KPIs and performance management. Actively coach, challenge, and develop team members to elevate performance and output. Establish and optimize scalable sales processes that improve speed, efficiency, and conversion. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management with a strong focus on results. Collaborate cross-functionally to remove obstacles and accelerate sales execution. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and win market share. Travel regularly to support field sales efforts, onboard partners, and directly drive growth in key regions . Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with leadership or management responsibilities. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience building or scaling a sales team is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 7-10 days per month) Industry experience is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$185,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
