Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth in the mobile concert staging industry. This role requires a unique blend of strategic sales expertise, technical fluency, and interpersonal versatility. The ideal candidate thrives in both boardrooms and fabrication shops, can identify opportunities where others don't, and builds lasting partnerships that drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market share across concerts, festivals, municipalities, and corporate events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including non-traditional and emerging markets. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Maintain a deep understanding of all stage models, configurations, and applications; serve as a subject matter expert. Train clients, partners, and internal teams on product capabilities, setup, and best practices. Collaborate closely with production and fabrication teams to stay informed on build status, timelines, and customization options. Act as the primary liaison between clients and operations, ensuring expectations are aligned and exceeded. Travel as needed to support sales efforts, client relationships, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Proven success in high-performance B2B sales, preferably in staging, manufacturing, or event infrastructure. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across a wide range of audiences—from executives to technical fabricators. Strong mechanical or technical aptitude; ability to understand and communicate product specifications and production processes. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to uncovering and closing opportunities. Willingness to travel periodically.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
