Schedule/Hours:
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week Guaranteed 36 weekly hours Rotating weekends
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license At least 1 year of nursing experience in rehab or long-term care BLS certification required Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work collaboratively across departments Must adhere to facility dress code: black scrubs only Required to obtain flu vaccination (November-April); exemptions require client approval
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process Maintain accountability for assigned patient care Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimum outcomes Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times Provide leadership to other caregivers, ensuring continuous quality improvement Adapt to occasional float requirements as needed
