Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activities according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with property policies; report unusual conditions and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
