Active TS/SCI Ability to work remotely: Yes Job Summary The Joint Information Advantage Lead (JIAL) serves as the lead instructor for all Operational Exploitation of Publicly Available Information (OE PAI) courses, with direct responsibility for cadre development and training, scenario development, course curriculum, and course review. This role is also responsible for seamlessly integrating JNAT processes into the OE PAI curriculum and serves as the Lead

Instructor and as a JNAT Instructor. The
JCM/JIAL
provides monthly updates to the JNAT-PM and weekly updates to the Ft. Bragg Joint Programs Coordinator (JPC) Site Lead, collaborating closely with the
JPC. A-JPC/JNAT & JSITS
Team to ensure alignment of all training objectives. The JIAL will actively engage customers across the Joint Forces to build the program and participate in developing responses for sources sought, request for information, requests for quotes and other customer generated contracting opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities Work closely with the PM, the Ft. Bragg JPC and
JNAT/JSITS
Course Leads, unit Operations and Training Chiefs, course managers, and internal analysts to build and improve unit training management programs and curricular activities. Supervises the integration of emerging technologies, and the development of exercises, education and training events. Coordinates instructor assignments and the production and delivery of student materials, evaluations, and alternate learning methods. Supervise the development and execution of the assessment of individual students taking part in the program. Works with students, staff and subject matter experts to identify target audience and specific training needs by MOS and pre-deployment requirements. Execute courses and exercises in both classroom and field environments. Train JNAT-Instructor (JNAT-I) and support JNAT-Courses after completion of training. Trian as

Instructors (JSITS-IAIs) and support other JSITS courses during and after completion of training. Coordinate instructional research and analysis on learners and facilitators. Attend meetings and participate in customer briefs aboard Ft. Bragg, and other locations as required. Required Qualifications Minimum of four years of SOF instructional experience. Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course, Small Group Leaders Course, and Instructor Evaluators Course or other Service equivalent. Completion of the Network Development Course. Strong understanding of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) framework and its practical application in military training environments. At least ten years of experience within the SOF community, with deep expertise in Irregular Warfare (IW) and Special Warfare Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Familiarity with current and emerging SOCOM and DOW directives and policies relevant to Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE), Preparation of the Environment (PE), and IW. Practical experience operating in an IW environment, preferably within an ODTAAC. Hands-on experience working with U.S. DOW, other government agencies, and foreign governments. Prior experience teaching armed services personnel and conducting formal courses via Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). Active TS/SCI clearance. Completion of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Managers Course. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Garrison work environment including but not limited to: routine field/tactical environments occasional extended working hours will be required schedule:
