Position Overview The Garrett Group (TGG) is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, AAR Subject Matter Expert (SME). As an SME, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's training and improvement efforts by providing expertise in after-action reporting and analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our support to

US STRATCOM

operations at Offutt AFB, NE.

Responsibilities:

Observe, document, and gather observations and issues during Collective Training events. Facilitate after action reviews during and following the events. Analyze observations to collate into actionable issues for command. Prepare and publish reports outlined in

SI 509-1.

Prepare validated lessons learned from past Collective Training events for dissemination. Support briefings and written analyses for General/Flag Officers and senior civilian personnel. Present clear, concise, and well-structured oral presentations and written correspondence. Observe GD (Giant Dragon) scenarios and analyze data. Develop and produce GD Summary Reports. Provide feedback for after-action reviews and recommend improvements for follow-on GD events. Prepare and conduct hotwash briefings. Prepare and deliver after-action reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant recent experience in Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment. Experience in After Action Reporting support requirements outlined in

SI 509-1.

Basic understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission-sets. Familiarity with CJCS and

USSTRATCOM

EAP and/or National level conferencing and decision-making concepts/processes.
