Key Qualifications:

Current, valid RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Level II or

III NICU

Proficient in neonatal assessments, medication administration, and advanced newborn care BLS and NRP certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to remain calm and organized during emergencies Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill or premature infants Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and operate specialized NICU equipment Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams Educate and support parents and families throughout the care process Document care delivered and communicate any changes in patient status promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for neonates Participate in ongoing professional development and training as needed
