Must be open to a 24x7x365 shift rotation environment Job Summary We are seeking a Network Analyst I to support enterprise network operations and customer service environments. This role will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network systems, supporting voice and data services, and assisting with network infrastructure across multiple platforms including copper, fiber, and Ethernet technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with network monitoring, routing and switching, technical troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced operations environment. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain network systems including:
- Servers and server applications.
- Routers and switches.
- Firewalls.
- Storage devices.
- Other network infrastructure equipment.
- Document and report network incidents and outages according to company policy.
- Provide remote technical support for data networks and server applications.
- Troubleshoot IP routing and customer service-related network issues.
- Support activation of voice and data services across copper, fiber, and Ethernet platforms.
- Provide escalation support to Enterprise Technical Assistance Center (TAC) teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Field Operations, TAC, and end customers when necessary.
- Participate in team discussions and provide operational input and recommendations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, or network connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of IP routing and network support environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecom or enterprise network operations.
- Exposure to fiber, Ethernet, and voice/data services.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
