on experience with CCNA Job Description A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Network Operations Specialist to support large?scale retail network operations by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SD?WAN, RF/Wi?

Fi, and telephony systems across domestic and international locations. This role is operationally focused and critical to ensuring reliable connectivity and a strong end?user experience.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Support Cisco SD?WAN network connectivity and Cisco Call Manager telephony services
• Provide RF/Wi?

Fi network support across a large, distributed retail environment

• Proactively monitor network performance using monitoring and analytics tools
• Manage and resolve incidents in alignment with SLA requirements
• Deliver high?quality customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Partner with field teams, carriers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and support to ensure stability
