New Construction Superintendent

is a family-owned residential construction company based in Central Arkansas, specializing in high-quality custom homes and spec homes throughout Central Arkansas and Hot Springs Village. Founded by Hunter and Morgan Gullett, H&M is known for combining craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and modern design to create homes that stand out in both quality and character. We currently have 6 homes actively under construction and are growing quickly. We are looking for a Residential New Construction Foreman who can step in immediately and help manage day-to-day operations. We do NOT have time to fully train someone from the ground up — residential construction knowledge is

REQUIRED.

Responsibilities include: Managing active residential construction job sites Coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and material deliveries Meeting with clients professionally Reading measurements and plans accurately Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and running efficiently Assisting with scheduling and project management Learning and using Procore construction software

MUST HAVES

Residential new construction experience Strong communication skills Professional appearance & attitude Ability to read measurements/plans Organizational skills & time management Reliable truck Reliable cell phone Some tools Ability to manage multiple projects at once Dependable & self-motivated personality

Knowledge of Hot Springs Village permitting & construction process Experience with Procore Experience coordinating subcontractors and inspections
