New Home Sales Consultant

What You'll Do As a New Home Custom Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives — building their dream home.
Responsibilities include:
Generating and nurturing new buyer relationships Guiding clients through the custom home building process from start to finish Understanding client needs and helping them make informed design and financial decisions Determining floorplan design and redlining buyer's custom design needs Negotiating contracts and closing sales Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project success Participating in ongoing sales and product training What We're Looking For We're seeking driven, confident professionals with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. Preferred Qualifications Experience in new home sales, luxury sales, or high-ticket sales Understanding of blueprints and the ability to redline plan changes Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter mentality with a "go-getter" attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of the homebuilding process Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required) Why Join Sierra Classic Custom Homes?   • 3+ years of proven success in a sales environment.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License in State of employment.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Demonstrated success in new home sales (1-3 years).
