• Full-time We are currently hiring Maskers —both experienced and entry‑level.

Maskers play a key role in preparing customer products for Parylene coating by performing masking and demasking tasks with precision and care. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Follow designated processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs) Perform masking, demasking, and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscopes, and other equipment Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met Inspect, clean, refurbish, or reassemble coating fixtures as needed Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when applicable Maintain strong attendance and punctuality

EDUCATION

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. May complete the SCS Reading Comprehension assessment in lieu of GED.
