Your Nightly Mission:

As a Night Audit Associate, you will: Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests. Ensure readiness for your shift, adhering to uniform standards. Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries throughout the night. Handle overnight reservations and adjustments using the hotel operating system. Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook to maintain communication with daytime staff. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue during the night. Analyze and apply insights from nightly reports to improve operations. Coordinate with various departments to support guests' overnight needs. Uphold and champion the brand standards during the quieter hours. Keep the front desk organized and prepared for the next day. Night Shift:

Ability to remain alert and stand for up to 8 hours during the night shift. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a low-light environment. Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.
