Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems and provide courteous phone etiquette to incoming calls Prepare shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities during overnight hours Assist with guest relations by providing local information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive stay experience Qualifications Experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations Strong customer service skills with an ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel experience standards, guest services, and hospitality best practices Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine brightest during the night shift!
