Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Vegas Insurance Agency team. This role is responsible for assisting clients with policy servicing, processing changes, and providing exceptional customer support while helping maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to communicate clearly with clients, carriers, mortgage companies, and team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally Assist clients with policy changes, payments, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and general servicing requests Process policy changes with insurance carriers and follow up as needed Help gather underwriting documents and information requested by carriers Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems Handle billing questions and assist with payment-related concerns Follow up on renewals, cancellations, inspections, and pending items Communicate with mortgage companies, lenders, title companies, and other third parties when needed Support producers and agency staff with day-to-day servicing needs Deliver excellent customer service while building long-term client relationships Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred Louisiana insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computers, email, and agency management systems Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
