In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift operations, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our hotel's financial and operational records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight success, combining customer service excellence with operational precision. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out processes. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while reconciling daily transactions. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, occupancy, and financial summaries to support management decision-making. Monitor security systems and conduct safety inspections to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property throughout the night. Respond promptly to emergency situations or guest concerns with calmness and efficiency, coordinating with security or emergency services as needed. Maintain clear communication with daytime staff to ensure seamless transition of information and ongoing guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and guest service protocols. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse guests effectively. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel accounting practices, and guest relations strategies. Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts. Prior experience working in resorts or similar hospitality settings is beneficial for understanding guest expectations at all levels.
