Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hospitality environment and possess strong customer service skills. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review. Maintain security protocols during overnight shifts, ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest needs or room issues. Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service, particularly within the hospitality industry. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions. Knowledge of hospitality management principles will be beneficial for success in this role. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
