Night Janitorial Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Janitorial Manager to lead our overnight cleaning operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our facilities during nighttime hours. Duties Supervise and coordinate nightly cleaning staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards aligned with company policies and industry best practices Conduct regular inspections of the premises to monitor cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance needs Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment to ensure availability and proper usage Lead by example in performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, laundry services, and detailed custodial tasks Address any operational issues promptly, resolve staff concerns, and maintain a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial services or custodial work within hospitality or commercial settings Supervising or management experience in cleaning operations or housekeeper management is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and custodial procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple responsibilities Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and hospitality environments Join us as a Night Janitorial Manager to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
