Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members by conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by performing nightly cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Respond promptly and professionally to any security or maintenance issues that arise during your shift. Collaborate with the front desk team to monitor guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience for all. Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and providing support to guests and staff. Document and report any incidents or unusual activities to the management team for further action. Perform routine checks of all entry and exit points to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.

Qualifications:

Experience in janitorial or security roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts. Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to guest inquiries. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, following established protocols. Attention to detail in performing cleaning tasks and ensuring all areas are well-maintained. Comfortable using basic security systems and equipment to monitor hotel premises effectively. About Company We are truly a family here!
