The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial, industrial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet the highest standards of hygiene and appearance. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct industrial cleaning operations as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain floors through buffing and care to enhance their appearance and longevity. Assist in custodial duties such as waste disposal and restroom maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Provide support for residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
