• Verify and process medication orders accurately and efficiently throughout the overnight shift
• Supervise and support pharmacy technician staff during night hours
• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments for targeted medications
• Consult with physicians and nurses on medication therapy and patient care needs
• Ensure safe medication dispensing and regulatory compliance throughout all overnight operations
• Provide reliable and independent clinical coverage across all hospital units during night shift hours Experience
• Hospital pharmacy experience required
• Night shift inpatient pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Pharmacokinetics experience preferred
• Community hospital experience is a plus Skills
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight
• Comfortable supervising pharmacy technician staff during night hours
• Effective communicator with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members
• Calm, reliable, and confident during overnight emergencies
• Willing to travel to various Tennessee locations for assignments Qualifications
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required Education
