Night/Morning Dispatcher

Come work for a family owned company with a heart! Schuster Co is hiring for a full-time night/morning dispatcher to join our team. Responsibilities include communicating with drivers through satellite, face to face, and phone conversations. Partnering with drivers by assuring safe, legal, and on time delivery of freight, and assisting drivers with breakdowns. Must be a high energy problem solver. The Night Dispatcher is the main contact for our driver's fleet at night and will work every Sunday - Thursday night/morning from 11 PM - 7 AM. Fleet management or transportation experience in the trucking industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, proven management ability, and skill in operating technology and communication system is required. To best assist drivers, some mechanical knowledge is preferred. Full benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, and paid time off. Pay is based on experience.
