What to Expect Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring term (ending approximately May 2027 or later, if available). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students:

If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. As Tesla continues to grow and expand globally, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Manager to support the development and implementation of service initiatives within our organization. The Service Program Manager Intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure standardization and process adherence, driving improvements to the customer experience and contributing to the company's growth. This role involves analyzing and improving existing processes, providing feedback to stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to implement changes. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Tesla's operations and be able to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines. What You'll Do

Support the development and implementation of key service initiatives in collaboration with the Central Support Team

Analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement

Coordinate resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks across the team

Assist in the execution of key service initiatives, including production planning, shop loading, scheduling, and mobile service

Gather and provide feedback to stakeholders and the central support team, conducting project evaluations and identifying areas for process improvements

Partner with regional teams to implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, and escalate challenges as needed

Occasionally visit sites to review activities, implement standards, and provide feedback to the Central Support Team What You'll Bring

Expected Compensation

$20.43 - $28.61 + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
