NOC Shift Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic NOC Shift Caregiver to provide compassionate support and high-quality care during overnight shifts. In this vital role, you will assist residents with their daily needs, ensure their safety, and promote a comfortable, respectful environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a nurturing atmosphere for individuals with diverse care requirements, including seniors, those with disabilities, or individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's. Hours:

11pm-7am Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using appropriate techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols, maintaining detailed documentation within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Support residents during night hours by responding promptly to calls for assistance, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control standards are met. Document incidents, changes in resident condition, and care activities thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Proven experience in long-term care settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or personal care homes. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly preferred; ongoing training in medication administration is a plus. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation of resident information and care activities. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while collaborating effectively with team members. Strong interpersonal skills to connect compassionately with residents experiencing cognitive or physical disabilities. Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
