Overview Join our dynamic team as a Non-CDL Driver/Mover and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting household goods, assisting with loading and unloading furniture, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help us create memorable moving experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. This Responsibilities Load, secure, and unload furniture, appliances, and other heavy items using equipment such as , or manual lifting techniques. Assist customers with moving items into or out of residences or commercial spaces, providing excellent customer service throughout the process Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining logs Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs Collaborate with team members to coordinate load & unload activities efficiently and safely Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area to promote safety and operational excellence Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driver or courier roles is a plus. Minimum 2 years moving experience with a professional moving company Prior delivery driver experience or moving experience preferred; familiarity with route driving is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during loading/unloading tasks Must pass background check and qualify under driver insurance Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Comfortable driving vehicles for extended periods Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
