Job Description

Business Title:
Non CDL Off Road Operator Job Purpose:
Individual drives heavy equipment like dump trucks on job sites or other off road locations, without requiring a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Key Responsibilities:
Transporting materials within a designated work area. Loading materials onto the dump truck. Hauling materials to specified locations on the site. Dumping materials at designated drop-off points. Performing routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle. Adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures. Communicating effectively with other team members. K Retirement Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Required Experience:
Operating heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, in an off-road environment. Loading, hauling, and dumping various materials. Adhering to safety regulations and procedures within a designated work area.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience operating dump trucks or similar off-road vehicles.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Possession of a valid standard driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform manual tasks, including climbing in and out of heavy equipment. Ability to understand and follow instructions related to material transportation and placement. Strong spatial awareness and coordination for maneuvering heavy equipment in confined spaces. Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks. Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
