Responsibilities Join our team as a Non-Certified Nursing Aide where under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients. Certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program must be obtained within four months of hire.
- Assist patients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Obtain and record Vital Signs and weights per policy.
- Assist patients with ambulation and transfers
- Position patients in correct body alignment in and out of bed. Qualifications
- Certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program must be obtained within four months of hire.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to their medical and physical needs.
- Must have basic knowledge of computers and a willingness to learn. Benefits
