On-site | Federal (SCA Position) Position Summary The Non-Clinical Case Manager (RN) provides comprehensive administrative and case management support to the Iowa Army National Guard. This role focuses on medical readiness, ensuring Service Members (SMs) meet required health standards through care coordination, documentation management, and education on available healthcare resources. Key Responsibilities Case Management & Care Coordination Manage Service Member cases from initial identification through resolution or administrative separation Coordinate care and treatment plans with military and civilian medical facilities Track referrals and ensure consistent follow-up with assigned Service Members Submit medical documentation and profile-related concerns to appropriate providers Create initial temporary profile entries in the
E-PROFILE
system within required timelines Medical Readiness Support Support Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), and Soldier Readiness Certification (SRC) Attend PHA events as needed to assist with readiness efforts Review and monitor health assessments, labs, and documentation for accuracy Educate Service Members on healthcare resources, including TRICARE and VA benefits Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate medical records within the eCase system Upload and manage documentation in

(Health Readiness Reporting module) Ensure compliance with Army Regulation

for Soldier Treatment Records (STR) Prepare Narrative Summaries (NARSUM) within 10 days of profile determinations Generate and submit monthly case status reports to leadership Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong technical proficiency (experience with systems such as MEDCHART, eCase, E-PROFILE, AHLTA preferred; training provided) Knowledge of and strict adherence to HIPAA and PII compliance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective time management skills with the ability to meet documentation deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Experience supporting active duty, National Guard, or Veteran populations Work Environment & Benefits Standard weekday schedule (no evenings, weekends, or federal holidays) Full Benefits after 4 week of working (
