The Planner:

Use the M5 planning system to schedule repairs, track work orders, and procure the exact parts you need for a flawless fix. Maintain a spotless work area and ensure all equipment strictly complies with federal, state, and company safety regulations. The Experience Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic. (Experience with diagnostic software is a massive plus!)

The Credentials:

High school diploma or GED;

The Arsenal:

You possess, provide, and maintain your own set of tools necessary for heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance.

The Brains & Brawn:

Computer literate, eager to learn new software, and physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs when the job demands it. You'll be exposed to varying weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and standard shop environments. It's a true safety-sensitive role where your visual and mental focus keeps everyone safe.
