/ MANAGERLeadership + Sales + OperationsLabel Me Lindsay | Los Alamitos, CA Label Me Lindsay is looking for a motivated, organized, and growth-driven Front Desk Lead / Manager to become a key part of our leadership team and help drive the continued growth and development of our business. This is not a basic receptionist position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, create structure, hold the team accountable, drive sales performance, and help elevate the overall client experience while working directly alongside the CEO and owner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position combines: Front desk leadership Team management Sales support Operational organization Client experience oversight KPI tracking and accountability Business growth support You will play a direct role in helping organize, develop, and scale the business while supporting daily operations and team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Managing daily front desk operations Monitoring KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics Holding team members accountable to expectations and standards Supporting client retention and rebooking systems Assisting with staff communication and workflow management Helping improve systems, organization, and efficiency Supporting retail and service sales growth Ensuring an elevated client experience from start to finish Working directly with ownership on operational growth initiatives

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Front desk or management experience in med spa, salon, wellness, or beauty industry Experience with sales goals and KPIs Experience leading teams or overseeing operations Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
