All shifts, 5 hours , 8 hour and 12 hour shifts Includes some weekends Chesterland, OH 44026 Are you a reliable, experienced, and compassionate caregiver who takes pride in delivering high-quality care? We are seeking mature, dependable A-list caregivers who value teamwork, initiative, and meaningful connection with residents. Our warm and well-maintained 16-bedroom residential assisted living home currently serves 13 residents , offering a low patient-to-caregiver ratio (approximately 1:7) that allows for genuine relationships and quality care—not rushed tasks. Caregivers are often independent on shift , so we are looking for individuals who are confident, responsible, and able to work autonomously while maintaining excellent standards of care. Memory Care experience a must. This is a non-smoking property (inside and outside) committed to a clean, respectful, and professional environment.
