Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus Customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are essential Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
