Job Description

We are seeking a flexible and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility while maintaining clinical engagement in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Opportunities are available in:
Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur Duluth, and Tyrone, GA PRN Schedule & Expectations:
No minimum weekly commitment required Must complete: Three full days of training All credentialing requirements prior to scheduling shifts Provide availability in advance; shifts will be assigned based on organizational needs Open shifts will be communicated, and providers may elect to pick up shifts that fit their schedule Must pick up at least one shift per month (if offered) to maintain PRN status Opportunities are also available in:
Braselton, Duluth, Decatur, Tyrone, Dallas, and Alpharetta, GA Compensation:
Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market rates Opportunities to supplement income with flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions Conduct physical exams and preventive health screenings Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Georgia state regulations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license Current DEA license (or ability to obtain) Minimum of 1-2 years of primary care experience preferred Strong new graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered
