How you'll contribute A State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) who excels in this role: Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities. Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and assist in developing patient-specific anesthesia care plans under supervision Administer and manage anesthesia (general, regional, local) under the direction of a CRNA or anesthesiologist Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgical procedures Assist with airway management, including intubation and ventilation support Provide post-anesthesia care, including patient monitoring, pain management, and documentation Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
